200 hours Power Living Yoga Teacher Training in 2016
Every hour can find since her 2016 qualification she has been advocating for the benefits of yoga and meditation with adults and young folk.
Moving from Melbourne to Echuca-Moama seven years ago, Ellen was born and spent her schooling years in another border area, Albury-Wodonga. A committed gymnast and diver from an early age, she has experienced success at state and national level which has enabled her to fully integrate the importance of healthy body & mind into her love of life.
Ellen’s vitality created through her love of learning and a genuine desire to walk with others as they discover ways to make the most of life, fuels her compassion and enthusiasm. From this vital source the ethos of Well Soul Studio has emerged, and in partnership with Cameron Mitchell, in 2018 the wonderful Well Soul space at 13 Murray Valley highway Echuca has evolved.
