Nurture your body and calm your mind at every stage of pregnancy. Our classes combine gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation to ease tension and support your changing body.
You’ll build strength and flexibility in the muscles most used during childbirth, while also creating space to connect with your baby and prepare for the journey ahead.
