Yoga is a science of balanced living which Well Soul Studio advocate works most effectively when integrated into our daily living. All aspects of the person: the physical, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual come into play.

Yoga stands for ‘unity’ or ‘oneness’ and is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’ which means ‘to join’.

The Yoga Sutra (translated from Sanskrit) provides "threads" of wisdom which offer guidelines for living a meaningful and purposeful life.

Reformer pilates

Reformer Pilates fitness classes are a versatile, full body workout where participants are encouraged and supported in learning to use and utilise the reformer bed.

Our aim is to empower you to discover your body’s potential whilst improving your mobility, strength, coordination, balance and stability.

Classes are of 45 minutes duration.

mat pilates

A full body workout inspired by the original Mat Pilates principles as taught by Joseph Pilates. Participants are challenged in a fun environment with beginners to advanced catered for.

Classes are of 50 minutes duration.
